Relief Sought This petition has been filed under Section 439 Criminal Procedure Code 1973 with a prayer for regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 79 dated 13.06.2024 under sections 419/420/467/468/471/34/ 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Cyber Crime, Nuh District Nuh.
