1. Petitioner has approached this Court by way of present petition praying for granting him regular bail in case FIR No.101 dated 02.09.2024, under Sections 105, 115(2), 117(2), 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Badhni Kalan, District Moga.

2. As per facts of the case, the FIR was registered on the statement of injured Wahigurupal Singh, wherein, it was alleged that he was admitted in de-addiction Centre, where, Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi was also admitted. On being discharged from there, he went to meet Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi on 18.08.2024, however, on returning at about 7:00 p.m., family of Jagseer Singh @ Jaggi gave him beatings. Due to receiving of injuries, he was admitted in the Hospital. Request was made to take legal action against the accused. However, lateron on 02.09.2024, the injured-complainant died.
