The present petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.48 dated 17.10.2024, under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of BNS, 2023 and Section 64 of BNS, 2023 and Section 4 of the POCSO Act (added later on), registered at Police Station Handesara, SAS Nagar, Mohali.
