1. The instant one is the second petition that has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No. 0003 dated 08.01.2024, registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of IPC at Police Station Model Town, District Ludhiana. The first petition, bearing CRM-M-15586-2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 21.05.2024.
