1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0052 dated 21.05.2023 registered under Sections 323, 498-A, 323 406, 506 and 34 of IPC at Police Station Women, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of petition filed by the parties under Section13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 for grant of divorce by mutual consent in which 1st motion statements were also recorded on 31.07.2023 (Annexure P-2) before the Family Court.

2. Learned counsel for the parties have stated that the present FIR may be quashed as the parties have amicably settled the dispute.
