1. In the present petitions, number of adjournments have been sought on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner(s). At one stage, due to the non-appearance of learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the case was adjourned sine die on 01.05.2018 and thereafter, the same was revived on the asking of the learned counsel for the respondents.

2. In all last orders starting from 05.07.2023, the case has been adjourned on the asking of the learned counsel for the petitioner(s).

3. Following order was passed on 02.05.2024:

“Counsel for the petitioner(s) again seeks an adjournment, which is being opposed by Mr. Chirag Wadhwa, Advocate, for respondent No.2 (in CM-19599-CWP-2018 in CWP-22975-2011).

He points out that counsel for the petitioner(s) is seeking adjournment, only to delay the proceedings.

In the interest of justice, adjourned to 22.08.2024, as last opportunity.

However, it is made clear that further adjournment may invite cost, also.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.”

4. Today again, no one appears on behalf of the petitioner(s) and written request circulated for adjournment.

5. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, it is clear that the petitioner(s) do not intend to pursue the remedy and want to linger the same.

6. Main petitions are dismissed for non-prosecution.

7. Civil miscellaneous application pending if any, also stands disposed of.

7. A photocopy of this order be placed on the file of other connected case.
