1. The present is a third petition filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No.152 dated 25.09.2021 under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 326, 427, 506, 307, and 302 of IPC, registered at Police Station Sadar Jagadhari, District Yamuna Nagar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it is a case where the petitioner has been in custody since 27.09.2021, which is almost 3 years and 4 months and out of total 29 cited prosecution witnesses, 09 prosecution witnesses have been examined.
