Challenge in this writ petition is to the order dated 26.08.2014 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh (in short referred to as ‘CAT’), whereby, the OA was rejected and the review application seeking review of order dated 26.08.2014 was also dismissed vide order dated 13.10.2014, by the Central Administrative Tribunal.
