1. This is an application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC read with Section 151 CPC for impleading the applicant-Amandeep son of Om Parkash as respondent No. 15 in the instant writ petition.

2. The aforesaid application has been filed by the applicant-Amandeep on the plea that petitioner No. 1-Balwant had entered into an agreement dated 03.07.2014 for total sale consideration of Rs. 11,00,000/-, whereunder a sale deed was to be executed on 05.01.2015, however, since petitioner No. 1-Balwant did not perform his part of the agreement, accordingly, the applicant-Amandeep filed a Civil Suit No. 6 dated 22.04.2015, seeking specific performance of agreement dated 03.07.2014, which was decreed by the trial
