This is a Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the impugned order dated 16.01.2025 (Annexure P-6) passed by the Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Panchkula, vide which the case was adjourned from 16.01.2025 to 17.01.2025 with a direction to bring the evidence at own responsibility and a preemptive order of “evidence being deemed to be closed by court orders” was passed and also the impugned order dated 17.01.2025 (Annexure P-7) passed by the Civil Judge (Sr.Div.), Panchkula, vide which the evidence of the petitioner-
