This is the second petition filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case bearing FIR No. 278 dated 20.09.2023 registered under Sections 363, 377 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 06 and 17 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, District Jalandhar.
