This petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for quashing of FIR No. 0056 dated 04.07.2024, registered under Sections 303(2) and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’) and Section 13(A) of the Punjab Village Common Land Regulation Act, 1961 (for short ‘PVCL Act’) at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala along with all the subsequent proceedings having emanated therefrom.
