1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (in short ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking quashing of FIR No.70 dated 14.06.2024 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur, and all proceedings arising therefrom in view of the compromise deed dated 09.07.2024.

2. The following order was passed on 18.09.2024:-
