1. By way of present civil revision, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 24.01.2025 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Batala, whereby, learned trial Court has dismissed the application of the petitioner filed under Section 151 CPC seeking opportunity to further cross-examine the respondent.

2. A perusal of the order passed by the learned trial Court dated 24.01.2025 would show that the trial Court has held that the petitioner did not examine the respondent despite his availability on various dates which indicates that the petitioner is only buying time and purposely delaying the proceedings in the case.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 08.01.2024, the respondent had come present for his cross-exmaination and he was partly cross-examined and his further cross-examination was deferred for want of Will.
