The Prayer in this petition under section 483 BNSS is for the grant of regular bail in case FIR No.693 dated 27.07.2023 under Sections 20 of NDPS Act, 1985 of the NDPS Act, 1985 registered at Police Station Samalkha, Panipat, District Panipat, Haryana.

2. The brief facts of the case are that Surinder Kaur @ Chindo, Sarita (petitioner), Gurdeep Kaur @ Deepo and Krishna were apprehended.

The recovery of 27 kgs of Ganja came to be effected from their possession.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The mandatory provisions of Sections 42 and 50 of the NDPS Act have not been complied with in their proper perspective. No independent witness was joined at the time of search and seizure.
