This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., for quashing of FIR No.75, dated 26.05.2023, under Sections 279, 427, 337, 338 of the IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Kot Ise Khan, District Moga, with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 14.12.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Vide order dated 27.01.2025, parties were directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/Trial Court and report with regard to the genuineness of the compromise was called for.

The report dated 15.02.2025 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Moga, stating that the parties have entered into a compromise, which is genuine, voluntary and without any coercion or undue influence.
