1. After addressing at some length and having faced adverse observations, counsel for the petitioner states that he does not intend to press the revision petition. However, he requests that four months time be given to the petitioner/tenant to vacate the premises. He has filed an affidavit of the petitioner dated 04.03.2025, which is taken on record. The affidavit is reproduced hereunder:

“Affidavit of Sushil Kumar son of Kanhaiya Lal, resident of H.No.6/487, Noharia Bazzar, Tehsil and District Sirsa.

Mob. 98962-12156 I, the above named deponent do hereby solemnly affirms and declares as under:-

1. That the above mentioned civil revision was filed against the judgment of Ld. Appellate Authority, Sirsa dated 31.10.2015, whereby the deponent was ordered to be evicted from the suit property i.e. Shop no.1 which is part of Shree Shani Dev Mandir Bearing HT Unit No. 6/534 situated at Noharia Bazaar Sirsa.

2. That the deponent undertakes to vacate the above mentioned shop within 4 months from today i.e. on or before 5.07.2025 and will further undertakes to clear all the dues of rent which are payable by the tenant/deponent.

3. That the deponent is giving this undertaking with free consent and without any pressure/coercion and the deponent have instructed its counsel to withdraw the present revision petition in view of this undertaking.

2. In view of the above, revision petition is disposed off. Petitioner is granted four months time i.e. till 05.07.2025 to vacate the premises, subject to the condition that he keeps on depositing the rent as and when it falls due as also clear the arrears of rent, if due.
