1. By way of filing the present petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of interim bail for one month in case arising out of FIR No.41 dated 29.01.2023 initially registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 379, 452 and 506 of IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act, 1959 ( Sections 302, 325 and

201 of IPC added later on), at Police Station Murthal, District Sonepat.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has argued that the petitioner has been suffering from ulcerative colitis. Though he is under treatment but no proper treatment and care has been given to him, due to which his condition is deteriorated. It is, therefore, urged that the petition deserves to be allowed and petitioner deserves to be granted concession of interim bail for the said purpose.
