1. This Review Application has been preferred seeking review of order dated 10.08.2015 passed by this Court in the LPA-392-2014 filed against order dated 20.01.2014 passed by the learned Single Bench in CWP-13987-2013.

2. The present Review Application is purportedly filed on account of the observations made by the leaned Single Bench where the review applicant had initially moved an application i.e. RA-CW-117-2024 in CWP-13987-2013, seeking review in terms of the order dated 13.03.2024 passed by the Hon’ble Supreme in Civil Appeal No. 1554 of 2016 titled as Vijay Kumar Kapur Vs. The State of Haryana and Another Court, but the learned Single Bench vide its order dated 18.04.2024, dismissed the review application as not maintainable with observations that
