Applicant/ complainant has preferred the instant application under Section 378(4) Cr.P.C. seeking leave to appeal against judgment dated 30.08.2017, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-Cum- Special Court for the cases of Heinous Crime against Women, Karnal, vide which respondent No.2 has been acquitted of the charges under Sections
