Prayer This petition has been filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 for grant of regular bail in FIR No.128 dated 09.08.2020 under Sections 302, 148, 149 of IPC to which Sections 201 and 120-B of IPC added later on, registered at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur. 2. Facts Facts as narrated in the FIR reads as under:-

“Statement of Sukhdev Singh son of Malook Singh, r/o Chakowal Sekhan, PS Ballowal, District Hoshiarpur, aged about 50 years, M.9463287097, stated that I am residing at the aforesaid address and used to do the contractorship of sanitary.
