The instant petition is the third petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.32 dated 14.10.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Section 13(1)A read with Section 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Sections 409, 465, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, District Ludhiana.
