Prayer The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR NO. 123 Dated 05.07.2024 registered Under Sections 118, 115 (2) of BNS, 2023 (Section 118 (2) and 238 of BNS added later on) at Police Station Sadar Fazilka, District Fazilka (Annexure P-1), pending trial, in the interest of justice.
