The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No.0014 dated 30.05.2023, under Sections 498-A and 406 IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, SAS Nagar, Mohali, District Mohali alongwith all other consequential proceedings, on the basis of compromise (Annexure P-2).
