Prayer in the present writ petition, filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari, for setting aside the order dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P-3) passed by the learned Deputy Commissioner, Nuh, District Nuh; whereby, the petitioner has been removed from the post of Sarpanach of Gram Panchayat Salahka, Tehsil Tauru, District Nuh and order dated 30.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Divisional Commissioner, Faridabad Division Faridabad, District Faridabad; whereby the appeal filed by the petitioner against the afore-said order dated 01.02.2024 (Annexure P-3), has been dismissed.
