1. The present petition is preferred against the impugned order dated 27.05.2025 passed by learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Charkhi Dadri, whereby, the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the petitioner for impleading him as defendant in the civil suit, was dismissed.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Charkhi Dadri, has wrongly dismissed the application under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the petitioner, whereby, he had sought for his impleadment as defendant in the civil suit.

Hence, he prays that the present revision petition be allowed.
