1. Petitioner Sonu has filed present petition seeking appropriate direction under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, directing official respondents No. 3 and 4 to provide adequate protection of life and liberty to petitioner and his family from the threats, harassment and false implication at the hands of respondents No. 5 and 6 against whom petitioner has earlier lodged two cases of attempt to murder, with further direction to expedite investigation in FIR No. 36 dated 06.05.2025 (Annexure P-1) registered under Section 137(2), 87, 70(2), 351, 127, 61(2) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and under Section 6 of POCSO Act at Police Station Majitha Road, Amritsar and to exclude the name of petitioner’s son who is falsely implicated at the instance of respondent
