CM-14833-CII-2025 This is an application under Section 151 CPC for placing on record the Compliance Report/Affidavit along with Annexures.

Heard.

Application is allowed; and the Compliance Report/Affidavit is taken on record along with Annexures, subject to all just exceptions. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place.

COCP-2083-2025 (O&M)

Present Contempt Petition under section 10 & 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with section 151 CPC has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for knowingly & intentionally, willfully deliberately, disobeying the interim Order dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P/1) passed in CWP No.2910 of 2025 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, in which impugned order has been stayed and the Petitioner was to join as DIG (MED), Jodhpur, Rajasthan but till date nothing has been done and neither petitioner has been given joining as DIG (MED), Jodhpur, Rajasthan.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that final judgment dated 29.07.2025 has been passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in the above said CWP. Learned counsel, while referring to Compliance Report/Affidavit filed on behalf of the respondents, submits that there has been compliance effected by the respondents vide order dated 14.07.2025; whereby the petitioner stands promoted as Deputy Inspector General (Med) in the Combine Medical Cadre of CAPFs NSG & AR “in situ” w.e.f. 08.09.2022. A copy of promotion order dated 14.07.2025 has been annexed alongwith the compliance report as Annexure R-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the above said facts.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition; and the same stands disposed of. Pending application(s), if any, stand(s) disposed of.

Rule stands discharged.
