Present petition has been filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80 dated 07.02.2023, under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC and Section 3 of the Haryana Protection of Interest of Depositors in Financial Establishment Act, 2013 (added later on) registered at Police Station Thanesar Sadar, District Kurukshetra.
