1. A copy of notification dated 22.01.2025 constituting the Dispute Redressal Committee for SAS Nagar, Mohali has been handed over by the learned State counsel today in Court, which is taken on record.

2. Petitioner in the instant writ petition is Roadside Rehri Phari Worker Union, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

3. Following prayers are made by the petitioner in the instant writ petition:

“i. Issue a writ, order or direction, especially, in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to constitute the Disputes Redressal Committees under section 20 of the street vending (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of street vending) act, 2014 in state of Punjab for Redressal of Grievances and Resolution of Disputes.
