The prayer in the present petition under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 is for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case GD No.10 dated 08.07.2025 under Sections 109, 125, 191(3), 190, 324(4) of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Kathunangal, Amritsar (Rural) in FIR No.90 dated 07.07.2025 under Sections 109, 125, 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Kathunanagl, Amritsar (Rural).

2. Initially, an FIR No.90 dated 07.07.2025 under Sections 109, 125, 191(3), 190 of BNS, 2023 and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959, Police Station Kathunanagl, Amritsar (Rural), came to be registered at the instance of Jagdeep Kaur Grewal and reads as under:-

9780708625 stated that I am resident of above address and am an Advocate at Punjab & Haryana High Court. I am privately handling the case of Balkar Singh 5/o Savinder Singh, Ryo Talwandi Dasaudha Singh registered against Jatinder Singh, Sarpanch. Today, dated 06.07.2025 (not 06.07.2023 wrongly typed) at about 01:30 PM, my husband Jugraj Singh received a whatsapp call on his mobile No.86994-76680 from our village present Sarpanch Jatinder Singh s/o Onkar Singh, R/o Talwandi Dasaudha Singh, that he may say his wife that she should leave the case filed by Balkar Singh s/o Savinder Singh above otherwise it will not be good for you. That my husband told all this matter to me. Then at about 07:00 PM, 1 was present at my house that my uncle-in-law Tarlochan Singh s/o Sucha Singh came to my house and told me that he met Daljit Singh s/o Darshan Singh, Onkar Singh s/o Baldev Singh, residents and Jatinder Singh called us at Pump for executing compromise deed of the matter of today noon. At that time, Harpal Singh s/o Davinder Singh R/o Ghanupur Kale, Mandeep Singh S/o Sucha Singh, R/o Talwandi Dasaundha Singh, Joga Singh s/o Mahinder Singh R/o Talwandi Dasaudha, Jagjit Singh s/o Balkar Singh, R/o Talwandi Dasaudha Singh who were present outside our house at about 07:30 PM and noise started at the road outside the house and sounds of noise started hearing. Then I and my family saw that Jatinder Singh, Sarpanch s/o Onkar Singh, R/o Talwandi Dasaudha Singh, carrying 45 Bore Rifie, 32 Bore Rifle, Gurpreet Singh Sona S/o Dalbir Singh carrying Rifle, Shamsher Singh S/o Darshan Singh carrying Revolver, Gian Singh S/o Gurdeep Singh carrying 315 bore Rifle, Gurdev Singh Ghula S/o Yoga Singh, R/o Dudhala, Kaltawar Singh @ Toni s/o Sarwan Singh, Jasanpreet Singh S/o Bawa Singh, Dilbag Singh Baga, caste Mahira Singh, Gursewak Singh s/o Sital Singh, Harpreet Singh s/o Dalbir Singh, Amardeep Singh Deepu s/o Balwinder Singh residents of Talwandi Dasaudha Singh alongwith unknown persons, who came in Innova Car No.PB-02-EV-9102, alongwith 5/7 cars and immediately on arrival, they started fining on our house outside the road. That due to bullet injuries, Harpal Singh s/o Davinder Singh R/o Ghanupur Kale, Mandeep Singh s/o Sucha Singh, Yoga Singh s/o Mahinder Singh residents of Talwandi Dasaudha Singh, who were standing on the road, got injured with bullets and their heirs took them to Hospital after arranging vehicle. That after hearing the sound of bullets fining and seeing the gathering of villagers, the above accused persons ran away with their weapons from the spot and while going, they left there their Innova Car No PB-02-EV-9102 alongwith 315 bore rifle, which I handed over to you.
