The instant one is the second petition filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (For short “BNSS”) seeking regular bail in case arising out of FIR No.97 dated 03.06.2024 registered under Sections 308, 323, 506, 379 and 341 of IPC (Section 325 of IPC added later on) at Police Station City Rupnagar, District Rupnagar.
