The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short ‘Cr.P.C.’) seeking quashing of FIR No. 117 dated 04.09.2017, registered under Section 306 read with Section 34 of IPC at Police Station Bullowal, District Hoshiarpur along with all the subsequent proceedings having emanated therefrom.
