This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 14.07.2022 (Annexure P- 6) passed by the trial Court whereby the application filed by the petitioner- defendant under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC for amendment of the written statement has been dismissed.
