1. This order of mine shall dispose of the above-mentioned writ petitions as they arise from a similar factual matrix. However, for the sake of brevity, the facts are taken from CWP-7903-2025.

2. The present writ petition(s) have been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release retiral dues like leave encashment and gratuity etc. due to the petitioner, as he was superannuated from service on 31.05.2024 after putting 36 years of service on the post of Sweeper in Institute for Visually Handicapped run by respondent District Red Cross Society, Hisar, as have been paid to similarly situated employees of District Disability Rehabilitation Centres run by other District Red Cross Societies as is clear from letters vide order dated 09.11.2021(Annexure P-4) and order dated 05.06.2024 (Annexure P-5) and further directing the respondents to release arrears of his retiral benefits after granting and calculating the said benefits along with interest @ 12% per annum.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has limited his prayer to the extent that the present petition(s) be treated as a comprehensive representation and the same be decided in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order after affording an opportunity of being heard. Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) further relies upon the orders passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in COCP-247-2023, Kishore Singh Shikhawat Versus Mahesh Gupta, Secy. Distt. Red Cross Society, Rewari(Annexure P-6), CWP-23468-2017, Rajinder Kaur Versus State of Haryana and others decided on 31.10.2023 (Annexure P-7) and LPA-2458-2024, decided on 14.10.2024(Annexure P-8) and submits that case of the petitioner(s) is squarely covered by the aforementioned judgments.

4. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the claim of the petitioner(s) would be considered by passing a speaking order in accordance with law by respondent(s)/competent authority.

5. Therefore, in view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner(s), the present writ petitions are disposed of and the respondents/competent authority is directed to treat the writ petition(s) as representation and consider the claim of the petitioner(s) and pass a speaking order in light of the judgment/orders (Annexures P-6 to P-9), after affording them an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 02 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner(s). Needless to say, if the petitioner(s) found entitled to the relief sought, the same shall be granted forthwith by the respondents.

6. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, be also disposed of accordingly.

7. Photocopy of this order be placed on the file of connected cases.
