1. The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been invoked for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 37 dated 12.7.2024 under Sections 137(2), 87 and 3(5) of BNS, registered at Police Station Behrampur, District Gurdaspur.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that the petitioner, a 19 years young boy, has been falsely implicated in this case by the complainant, who is the mother of the prosecutrix. The allegation against the petitioner, is that he enticed away the minor daughter of the complainant. It is submitted that in fact, the petitioner and the daughter of the complainant left their respective homes on their own accord. Since they were not of marriageable age, therefore, they approached this Court by way of CRWP- 6820-2024 seeking protection to their life and liberty, which was decided on 19.7.2024 (Annexure P-2).
