1. Present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., seeking quashing of order dated 30.03.2024 (Annexure P-9), passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Phul in case CHI/65/2018 titled as State of Punjab vs. Palwinder Singh Etc. in FIR No.0013 dated 07.02.2018 registered under Sections 447, 506, 511, 148, 149, 120-B of IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (Section 120-B of IPC and Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 deleted lateron) at Police Station Rampura, District Bathinda, whereby the petitioner was declared proclaimed person, as well as the other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
