1. Instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR No.302 dated 19.08.2023 registered under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC (Section 498-A IPC added lateron) at Police Station Kunjpura, District Karnal.

2. Brief facts of the case are that on 19.08.2023, police received an information regarding commission of suicide by Aarzu wife of Shubham resident of Village Badagaon by way of hanging. The police reached the reported site of occurrence, where the dead body of Aarzu was found hanging with chunni. Complainant-Chander Shekhar (father of the deceased) suffered a statement that marriage of his daughter had been solemnized with the petitioner on 15.06.2020.
