1. By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.0185 dated 14.08.2021 registered under Section 302 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Gharinda, District Amritsar.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the present petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He further contended that the present petitioner is in custody for the last more than 4 years.
