The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.567 dated 18.10.2024 registered under Section 96 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 17 & 4 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 at Police Station Sector-8, Faridabad.
