The instant revision petition has been filed against the impugned judgment and order dated 08.03.2018 passed by the Judicial Magistrate First Class, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar vide which the petitioner(s) has been convicted and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for a period of 08 months and compensation of Rs.1,00,000/- to be paid to the complainant for the commission of offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and the impugned judgment dated 03.08.2019 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar vide which appeal preferred by the petitioner(s) has been dismissed.
