1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNSS) for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.88 dated 01.07.2025 registered under Sections 108 & 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 at Police Station Jhojhu Kalan, District Charkhi Dadri.

2. Status report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Subhash Chander, HPS DSP, Badhra District Charkhi Dadri, on behalf of the respondent-State, filed in the Registry is taken on record.

3. Brief facts of the case are that the father of the deceased made a complaint to the police stating therein that he has three daughters namely Luxmi, Pooja and Kistu (the present petitioner). Luxmi and Pooja were married in the year 2017 to Kuldeep and Vedpal, respectively both residents of Village Salempur, District B
