FAO-5430-2016 Present appeal has been filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation of Rs.11,60,000/- awarded by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Hisar (hereinafter referred to as ‘the learned Tribunal’) vide Award dated 10.05.2016 passed in MACT Petition No.104 dated 07.10.2014 filed under Section 166 of the Motor Vehicles Act (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’). The 2 claimants are the parents of deceased Mandeep Sharma.
