1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.75 dated 30.01.2024 registered under Section 304-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (498-A of IPC was added later on) at Police Station Indri, District Karnal.

2. Status report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Satish Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Indri, Karnal, on behalf of the respondent-State, filed in the Registry is taken on record.
