Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.17 dated 30.05.2025, registered under Sections 7 and 7-A of the Prevention of Corruption (PC) Act, 1988, as amended by the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Sections 61(2) of BNS, 2023, at Police Station Vigilance Bureau F.S-I, Punjab at Mohali, District SAS Nagar.
