2nd petition has been filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 praying for grant of interim bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.27 dated 28.02.2025 registered under Sections 22, 61 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Sadar Rupnagar, District Rupnagar (Annexure P-1), for a period of two months on the ground of his serious health ailment i.e. last stage of liver failure.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and while confined in judicial custody the petitioner has suffered serious ailments as he is suffering from last stage of liver disease and as a consequence the petitioner requires cons
