The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2025 registered under Sections 140(3), 64(1) & 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Industrial Sector-29, Panipat.
