1. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail in case bearing FIR No.02 dated 02.01.2025 registered under Sections 140(3), 64(1) & 87 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Industrial Sector-29, Panipat.

2. Status report by way of an affidavit of Sh. Suresh Kumar, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Panipat, on behalf of respondent No.1-State, has been filed in the Court which is taken on record. As per para 5 of the status report, the complainant and victim have been informed about the pendency of the present petition by the investigating officer vide notice dated 04.10.2025. However, none has put in appearance on their beha
