1. The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.01, dated 28.06.2024, registered under Sections 294, 506 of IPC and Sections 66(D), 66(E) of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at Cyber Crime at Police Station Patiala, District Patiala (Annexure P-1), and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of the compromise dated 08.09.2025 (Annexure P-2).

2. This Court while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 16.09.2025, directed the parties to appear before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate for recording their statements with regard to the compromise.

3. Pursuant to the aforesaid order, report dated 20.10.2025 has been received from the Ld. Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patiala. A perusal of the said report reveals that st
