1. The petitioners have filed the present petition by making the following prayers:-

“Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of any appropriate, writ, order or direction especially in nature of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of minimum pay scale along with dearness allowance, payable from time to time of the post of Ayurvedic Medical Officers (AMOs) while extending them the benefit of judgment of Hon'ble High in case of "CWP No. 26367 of 2018, Pritpal Kaur and others Vs State of Punjab and others" and "CWP No. 24647 of 2021, Charanjit Kaur and others Vs State of Punjab and others", both decided vide common order on 25.11.2024 (ANNEXURE/P-2), which has been further affirmed by Hon'ble Division Bench vide judgement/order dated 23.07.2025 passed in "LPA No. 1149 of 2025
