1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 BNSS is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.106 dated 07.08.2025, registered under Sections 316(2)/318(4)/143 of BNS, registered at Police Station Bhogpur, Jalandhar.

2. On 04.09.2025, this Court had passed the following order:-

“Learned counsel submits that sons of the complainant and petitioner were friends and wanted to go abroad to settle through agent namely Sachin, however, his son reached Canada and that of complaint being Diabetic, has returned being his medical having not cleared. The false allegations have been levelled against him and the amount that was taken from the complainant, regarding which even a compromise was arrived at between them, Annexure P-2. The petitioner is ready and willing to join the investigation as and when required by the investigati
